Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued April 1 at 3:09PM EDT until April 1 at 3:30PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 308 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Perryopolis, or
7 miles northwest of Connellsville, moving east at 65 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.
Locations impacted include...
Latrobe, Connellsville, Mount Pleasant, Scottdale,
McChesneytown-Loyalhanna, Youngwood, West Newton, Lawson Heights, New
Stanton, Perryopolis, Seven Springs, and Calumet-Norvelt.
