* At 322 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 21 nm northwest of Erie to 15 nm northeast of
Ashtabula to near Conneaut, moving east at 60 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
