NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Dover Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Community Room of the Dover Township Community Building, located at 3700 Davidsburg Road, Dover, PA, 17315 to hear the following zoning application(s):
Reconvene ZHB Case No. 23-1: Application by Solar Renewable Energy LLC requesting a Special Exception for proposed Principal Solar Energy System (PSES) pursuant to §27-665a on property located at 5370 Harmony Grove Road in the Agriculture Zoning District for purpose of rendering a decision of the Hearings held February 15, and March 15, 2023.
ZHB Case No. 23-2: Application by Investment Real Estate, LLC requesting Special Exceptions for proposed Self-Storage Facility pursuant to §27-407.5.C and §27-407.5.E along with a Variance request of required parking pursuant to §27-703.1 on property located at 3025 Carlisle Road in the Commercial Zoning District.
Interested parties are urged to attend. Examination of the above application(s) may be made at the Township Building during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). More information can also be found at https://www.dovertownship.org/boards/zoning-hearing-board/.
