Movement was east at 25 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township,
McCandless Township, Monroeville, Cranberry, New Castle, Greensburg,
McKeesport, and Butler.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 39 and 57.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 15 and 99.

between mile markers 68 and 84.

Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and worsen travel conditions.

Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this intense
snow shower. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads
are likely to lead to accidents.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow covered roads. Slow down and allow extra time when
traveling.
