Winter Weather Advisory issued February 28 at 9:26AM EST until February 28 at 11:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Light mixed precipitation or freezing drizzle.
Additional snow or sleet accumulations of less than a half inch,
along with a light glaze of ice over the higher elevations.
* WHERE...Tioga, Northern Lycoming, Sullivan, Southern Lycoming
and Columbia Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Untreated roads could be slippery early this morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect improving travel conditions by
lunchtime as temperatures slowly rise into the mid 30s.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania
roadways.
