Description
Pennsylvania American Water and Peoples Natural Gas (PNG) have finished their main line replacements on South Linwood Avenue and Union Avenue. The temporary road patching will remain in place until the permanent paving can be done in the spring. South Linwood Avenue will be paved (curb to curb) from Ewing Rd to Crafton Blvd in early spring. The Borough will then be resurfacing the entire area of Union Avenue (Steuben to Cross) in asphalt during the late spring. PNG will be reimbursing the Borough for its section of restoration.
