Special Weather Statement issued February 26 at 4:27AM EST by NWS State College PA
Temperatures are near freezing across southern PA early this
morning, and patchy fog has formed. Some thin patches of ice may
form, mainly on sidewalks and bridges where the fog is thickest.
Be cautious when venturing outside first this morning.
