NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPEAL FROM SEWAGE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER’S
DETERMINATION BY M & M REALTY PARTNERS, LP
TAKE NOTICE, that the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to address the appeal of M & M Realty Partners, LP to the Township Sewage Enforcement Officer’s determination, pursuant to Chapter 110 of the Paradise Township Code of Ordinances. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, PA.
The basis for the appeal is as follows:
M&M Realty Partners, LP, owner of the Econostay Inn – M & M Realty Partners, LP (“M & M Realty) is seeking permits for the repair and/or replacement of multiple sewage facilities on its properties located at 6315 Paradise Valley Road and 513 Grange Road. M & M Realty has submitted to the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors an appeal from the determinations of the Paradise Township Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO) rendered on October 5, 2022 and December 16, 2022, respectively. The appeal states that M & M Realty has addressed all the areas of concern raised by the SEO, and that M & M Realty and its design professionals disagree with the interpretations of the SEO as they relate to the Paradise Township Code of Ordinances, Chapter 110, titled “Sewage Disposal.”
The hearing is open to the public. All interested parties are welcome to attend and will have an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the appeal may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Paradise Township Municipal Building at the above address, during regular business hours.
