Wind Advisory issued February 21 at 3:22AM EST until February 21 at 7:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
