Special Weather Statement issued February 17 at 4:42AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 441 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from Kane to 6 miles north of Waynesburg. Movement was east
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Monroeville, Greensburg, McKeesport, Indiana,
Uniontown, Jeannette, Latrobe, Connellsville, Punxsutawney, and
Vandergrift.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 28 and 57.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 51 and 99.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 16 and 25.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 70 and 96.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 78 and 84.
