Special Weather Statement issued February 17 at 3:49AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 347 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from 8 miles southeast of Garland to Wheeling. Movement was
east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township,
Wheeling, McCandless Township, Monroeville, Cranberry, Moon Township,
McMurray, and McKeesport.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Ohio near mile marker 225.
Interstate 70 in West Virginia between mile markers 0 and 14.
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 49.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 22 and 71.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 11 and 92.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 37 and 90.
Parkway North between mile markers 1 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 44 and 84.
