Hello East Stroudsburg Borough friends and residents!
The deadline for Hometown Heroes Banner applications is Wednesday, February 15th. Information and the application form can be found on our website, or at the Municipal Building.
Please note, the February 21st Borough Council meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m., at which time the continuation of the Conditional Use Hearing for TWAS Properties will reconvene.
Please be reminded that the garbage ordinance is being enforced by our enforcement officers on a regular basis. To avoid violations, please follow the ordinance. Be sure to put your garbage out AFTER 5:00 p.m. the night before collection, and bring your cans in PRIOR to 8:00 a.m. the morning after collection. Garbage can lids MUST CLOSE COMPLETELY! Buy enough specially marked garbage bags at the municipal building ahead of time so you have them. Any extra garbage can be put in these bags, allowing your can to close completely. Remember that only one bulk item can be placed next to your can each week. If you have more items to be collected, please come to the office ahead of time to purchase tags. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Please visit our website for further information.
