Recycling cards for Coolbaugh Township Bulk Drop off Events and Mulch Pickup are now available at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Center located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna. Cards are available to residents of the township and you must provide proof of residency to receive a card. Recycling cards are required when entering the yard at the Bulk Drop off events and to pick up mulch. Only one card per address will be issued.
