The Pocono Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. (112 Township Drive, Tannersville) for consideration and adoption of Ordinance 2023-01 establishing regulations for Truck Terminal/Distribution and Warehouse Uses and adoption of an Enterprise Park Overlay District.
Complete text of the proposed ordinance and the Enterprise Park Overlay District are available at www.poconopa.gov, with hard copies available at the Township Office (112 Township Drive, Tannersville) for public viewing.
