Special Weather Statement issued January 19 at 7:38PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 737 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from near Bristolville to 9 miles southeast of Valley
Grove. Movement was northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Gusty winds have a history of causing
power outages.
Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township,
Wheeling, McCandless Township, Monroeville, Cranberry, Moon Township,
New Castle, and McMurray.

Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 222 and 225.
Interstate 70 in West Virginia between mile markers 0 and 14.
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 57.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 1 and 80.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 24 and 138.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 41.
Parkway North between mile markers 1 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 84.
