Hello East Stroudsburg Borough friends and residents. Please listen to the following announcements:
Our offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, January 16th. Garbage collection WILL NOT be delayed due to the holiday; however, recycling collection will be delayed by one day next week.
The Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 17th will begin at 6:00 p.m. There are two public hearings scheduled during this Council meeting. Complete details are on our website.
Christmas tree collection continues through the end of January. Borough crews are scheduled to pick up trees left at curbside on January 17th, 20th, 23rd, and the 27th.
Please be advised of new traffic patterns on Forge Road and Lincoln Avenue, effective Tuesday, January 17th, due to the ongoing PennDOT I-80 project. Details and a map can be found on our website.
The Borough of East Stroudsburg is excited to announce that the East Stroudsburg Elks Lodge 319 and the Borough are working together for the Hometown Heroes Banner Project! The goal is to paint the Borough Streets with Veterans by Memorial Day of 2023! Program information and order forms can be found on our website.
