Wind Chill Advisory issued December 24 at 9:59AM EST until December 24 at 1:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 15 below
zero.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Limit time outside. Dress in layers and cover exposed skin. Wear
a hat and gloves. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if
precautions are not taken.
