Wind Chill Advisory issued December 24 at 4:45AM EST until December 24 at 11:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills 10 to 15 below zero
this morning, then zero to 5 below this afternoon.
* WHERE...Portions of South-central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Limit time outside. Dress in layers and cover exposed skin. Wear
a hat and gloves. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if
precautions are not taken.
