Wind Chill Watch issued December 22 at 3:18AM EST until December 24 at 7:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as
low as 25 below zero.
* WHERE...Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming Counties.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Be prepared for dangerous cold.
