Lake Effect Snow Warning issued December 18 at 10:47AM EST until December 19 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of 8 to 13 inches in the most persistent lake snows, especially
in the northern portions of the county. Winds gusting as high as
30 mph.
* WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
