Winter Weather Advisory issued December 15 at 10:13PM EST until December 16 at 12:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 1
to 2 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.
* WHERE...Potter, Cameron, Northern Clinton, Southern Clinton
and Southern Lycoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania
roadways.
