Winter Storm Warning issued December 15 at 6:40PM EST until December 16 at 12:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 1
to 2 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an
inch.
* WHERE...Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all
travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel as significant
winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous.
