Winter Storm Warning issued December 14 at 3:53PM EST until December 16 at 12:00PM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations of 4 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of a
light glaze.

* WHERE...Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Union and Snyder
Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Thursday to noon EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sleet and freezing are expected for brief
periods, and will keep the snowfall totals lower than if the
precipitation was all snow. The snow will be a wet, heavy snow.
The impacts on travel due to multiple changes in precipitation
types and moderate accumulations of each type will be
significant.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all
travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel as significant
winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous.
