Special Weather Statement issued December 8 at 1:28AM EST by NWS State College PA
Areas of dense fog will hamper travel early this morning across
the Lower Susquehanna Valley and surrounding locales. Expect
improving conditions by around or shortly after daybreak as a weak
cold front slips south across the region, followed by drier air
and a light northwest breeze. Use caution if driving and be alert
for poor visibility of less than one-quarter of a mile.
