Special Weather Statement issued December 3 at 2:15PM EST by NWS State College PA
At 214 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a line of gusty showers
extending from 14 miles northwest of Wilkes-Barre to Bloomsburg to
19 miles east of Lewistown to Hancock. Movement was east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts between 40 amd 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Harrisburg, York, Lebanon, Chambersburg, Carlisle, Lower Allen,
Hanover, Bloomsburg, Pottsville, Hershey, Colonial Park, Weigelstown,
Elizabethtown, Waynesboro, Berwick, Columbia, Sunbury, Progress,
Lititz and Mechanicsburg.
