High Wind Warning issued December 3 at 8:59AM EST until December 3 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...In Ohio, Lake and Ashtabula Lakeshore Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Northern Erie County.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...The strongest winds will occur along
the Lake Erie shoreline.
People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if
you must drive.
