Special Weather Statement issued November 27 at 5:09AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
..Gusty Winds Expected Today...
A low pressure system tracking northwest of the Mid-Ohio Valley
will lead to gusty winds today. South to southwest winds will
increase to 15 to 25 mph, with gusts of 35 to 45 mph possible.
The strongest gusts are expected from midday through early
evening, gradually lessening thereafter. These gusty winds could
blow around unsecured objects, such as holiday decorations. Also,
a few tree limbs could be blown down and isolated power outages
are possible.
