Description
Tragedy has struck one of New Freedom’s most beloved couples! Myra and Gill (Ron) Gillis of GILLICE suffered a major fire at their residence last evening. While they are physically okay, they need help from their friends in New Freedom and surrounding areas. We are asking for clothes, especially coats, gift cards of all kinds, and donation checks. Items may be dropped off at the New Freedom Borough office at 49 East High Street (If after hours, please place cards and checks in the drop box). Items may also be dropped off at the VFW at 123 W. Main Street.
