Winter Storm Watch issued November 18 at 10:47PM EST until November 20 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, lake effect snow has
ended with no additional accumulations expected tonight. For the
Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow
accumulations of 8 or more inches possible in the most
persistent lake snows. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Southern Erie county.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect a burst of heavy lake effect snow
late Saturday evening with a cold frontal passage, with bands
of locally heavy snow continuing into the day Sunday.
