Lake Effect Snow Warning issued November 18 at 9:49PM EST until November 19 at 12:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow
occurring. Additional accumulations of up to one inch possible.
For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible.
Total snow accumulations of 8 inches or more possible. Winds
could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Erie county.

* WHEN...For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, until midnight EST
tonight. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday evening
through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult at times. Expect poor
visibility in periods of steady to heavy snow and slick, snow-
covered roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect a burst of heavy lake effect snow Saturday
evening with a cold frontal passage, with bands of locally
heavy snow continuing into the day Sunday.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
