The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for...
Northeastern Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Southeastern Butler County in west central Pennsylvania...
Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
South central Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...

* Until 200 PM EST.

* At 109 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from near Kittanning to Gibsonia to near
Sturgeon-Noblestown, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 28 and 58.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 45 and 82.
Parkway North between mile markers 1 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 53 and 84.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township,
McCandless Township, Monroeville, Cranberry, Moon Township, McMurray,
McKeesport, and Butler.

Reduce speed and turn on headlights! During snow squalls, the
visibility may suddenly drop to near zero in whiteout conditions.
