OFFICIAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Marshall Township Zoning Hearing Board will convene and hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the Marshall Township Municipal Building, lower-level meeting room, located at 525 Pleasant Hill Road, Wexford PA 15090. If the meeting is available to participate in via Zoom access information will be available on the Township website.
Public hearing will be held on the following appeal:
Appeal #1114– YD Hospitality, Elia Mediterranean Grille, is seeking the following variance for relief from the Marshall Township Zoning Ordinance:
• Relief from the number and permitted square feet of signage permitted in the Route Nineteen Boulevard (RB) zoning District. [Section 208-1005.F.2.(b).].
This application is for property located at 400 Warrendale Village Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086.
