Lake Effect Snow Warning issued November 17 at 3:25AM EST until November 17 at 10:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow occurring. Additional snow
accumulations of 4 to 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.

* WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult and impact Interstate
90. The hazardous conditions will impact this morning's
commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest snowfall rates will continue
through the predawn hours, with snowfall rates of one to two
inches per hour expected within the heaviest pockets of snow.
Snow will decrease in intensity as it shifts inland during the
day today, before the most organized bands of snow lift north
over Lake Erie this evening.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
