Winter Weather Advisory issued November 15 at 7:05PM EST until November 15 at 10:00PM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Wet snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one
inch. Patches of freezing rain or drizzle are possible.

* WHERE...Franklin, Perry, Cumberland and Adams Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The period of heaviest snow will end around
8 PM. Rain and drizzle will be the main precipitation overnight.
However, some patches of freezing rain or drizzle are expected
until temperatures rise above and stay above freezing
overnight.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts will include snow
covered roads and limited visibility.
