Winter Storm Watch issued November 15 at 2:08PM EST until November 17 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations
in excess of 7 inches possible in the most persistent lake
effect snows. Accumulations will generally be lighter near the
lake, though heavier snow bands can produce accumulations close
to the lakeshore.

* WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie counties.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect rain is expected to
transition to lake effect snow on Wednesday evening. Snow will
pick up in intensity before dawn on Thursday morning, as snow
fall rates could increase to about one inch per hour. Snow
will wane in intensity during the daytime hours on Thursday
and the most organized snow bands will start setting up over
the lake by Thursday evening.
