Winter Weather Advisory issued November 15 at 11:14AM EST until November 16 at 11:00AM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Snow then mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations of 2 to 4 inches with locally around 5 inches on
the ridge tops near and just northwest of the Interstate 99 and
Route 220 corridor. The snow will be followed by ice
accumulations of a light glaze on the ridgetops.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The period of heaviest snow will be between
5 pm and 10 pm today when snowfall rates will be between one
half, and one inch per hour.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania
roadways.
