Winter Weather Advisory issued November 15 at 4:02AM EST until November 16 at 11:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
1 to 3 inches, followed by ice accumulations of a light glaze on
the ridgetops.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania
roadways.
