Winter Weather Advisory issued November 15 at 4:02AM EST until November 15 at 10:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two
inches on the higher elevations north of I-81.
* WHERE...Franklin, Perry, Cumberland and Adams Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the evening commute.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts will include snow
covered roads and limited visibility.
