Winter Weather Advisory issued November 14 at 2:37PM EST until November 16 at 11:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of
an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 2 PM Tuesday to 11 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday
morning commutes.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania
roadways.
