* WHERE...In New Jersey, Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Northwestern
Burlington and Cumberland. In Pennsylvania, Delaware,
Philadelphia, Eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks.
* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and
other sensitive vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sub-freezing temperatures are possible
again Monday night through Tuesday morning.
