Flood Advisory issued November 11 at 8:16PM EST until November 11 at 11:15PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
counties, Belmont, Columbiana and Jefferson OH. Portions of
Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Allegheny,
Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango,
Washington and Westmoreland. Portions of the northern panhandle of
West Virginia, including the following counties, Brooke, Hancock
and Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 815 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in
the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross
Township, Wheeling, McCandless Township, Monroeville,
Cranberry, Moon Township, New Castle, McMurray, Weirton,
McKeesport, Steubenville, Hermitage, Butler, Washington,
Franklin Park and East Liverpool.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
