NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Paradise Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18326 on Monday, November 28th at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of the application of JSPA Realty LLC for a Conditional Use approval for establishment of a Resort and Commercial Uses on SR 611 in Paradise Township, Property Identification Numbers 11636500219565, and 11636500221351. The properties are located in the R2 zoning district of the Township and are also included in the Resort Overlay District. The properties are owned by the applicants.
Copies of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, Cresco, Pennsylvania, during regular business hours.
