Special Weather Statement issued November 3 at 2:43AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Patchy dense fog will continue across the area through early
this morning. Visibilities of a quarter mile or less are possible
in some areas, especially in river valleys. Use caution if
traveling, and be alert to rapidly deteriorating visibility. The
fog should begin to dissipate by mid morning.
