Special Weather Statement issued October 28 at 7:59AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
At 759 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles southwest of Floresville to 7 miles
northeast of Christine to near Cross. Movement was east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Pleasanton, Kenedy, Karnes City, Poth, Christine, Campbellton,
Kosciusko, Runge, Falls City, Cestohowa, Leming, Coy City, Graytown,
Choate, Fashing, Coughran, El Oso, Helena, McCoy and Pana Maria.
