OFFICIAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Marshall Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the Marshall Township Municipal Building, lower-level meeting room, located at 525 Pleasant Hill Road, Wexford PA 15090. If the meeting is available to participate in via Zoom access information will be available on the Township website.
Public hearings will be held on the following three appeals:
Appeal #1110– Alan M. Dunn, on behalf of Ryan Conover and Christina Ianessa, is seeking the following variance for relief from the Marshall Township Zoning Ordinance:
• Relief from the side yard setback in the Conservation Residential (CR) Zoning District. [Section 208-303.].
This application is for property located at 109 Archberry Drive, Wexford, PA 15090.
Appeal #1111– Atlas Sign Group, on behalf of Madison Acquisitions, is seeking the following variance for relief from the Marshall Township Zoning Ordinance:
• Relief from the number of non-residential wall signs permitted in the Route 19 Boulevard (RB) Zoning District. [Sections 208-1005.F.2 and 208-1005.F.2.(b).].
This application is for property located at 300 Warrendale Village Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086.
Appeal #1112– Spang Road Development is seeking the following variance for relief from the Marshall Township Zoning Ordinance:
• Relief from the side yard setback, Conservation Subdivision Cluster Development, in the Conservation Residential (CR) Zoning District. [Section 208-303.].
This application is for property located at 3007 Allman Place, Baden, PA 15005.
