Special Weather Statement issued October 13 at 12:57PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 1256 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a gusty shower along a
line extending from 14 miles southwest of Corning to Lock Haven.
Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Williamsport, Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Mansfield, Wellsboro, Morris,
Elkland, Blossburg, Avis, Dunnstown, Duboistown, McElhattan,
Lawrenceville, Covington, Arnot, Millerton, Waterville, Leonard
Harrison State Park, Ralston and Cedar Run.
