Flood Watch issued September 28 at 3:53AM EDT until September 28 at 12:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, in northeast Ohio, Ashtabula
Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake. In
northwest Pennsylvania, Northern Erie and Southern Erie.

* WHEN...Until Noon EDT today.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Soils have become increasingly saturated in portions of the
watch area. Periods of heavy lake effect rain will persist
through Tuesday morning. Additional rainfall of a half inch
or less is expected, but localized amounts of one inch or
more are possible where the heaviest and most-persistent rain
occurs.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
