Flood Watch issued September 27 at 8:43PM EDT until September 28 at 12:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall remains possible.

* WHERE...Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake Counties in northeast
Ohio and Erie County in northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff from heavy lake effect rain may result
in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Soils have become increasingly saturated in portions of the
watch area. Periods of heavy lake effect rain will persist
through Tuesday morning. Additional rainfall of a half inch
or less is expected, but localized amounts of one inch or
more are possible where the heaviest and most-persistent rain
occurs.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
