Flood Watch issued September 26 at 6:16PM EDT until September 28 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall remains possible.

* WHERE...Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake Counties in northeast
Ohio and Erie County in northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff from heavy lake effect rain may result
in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy lake effect rain will persist through late
Tuesday night. Additional rainfall of 2 to 4 inches is
expected, while greater amounts are possible where rain bands
persist the longest. The heaviest rainfall is expected to be
focused along and near the Lake Erie shore.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
