Flood Watch issued September 25 at 2:58PM EDT until September 28 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, in northeast Ohio, Ashtabula and
Lake. In northwest Pennsylvania, Erie.

* WHEN...From late tonight through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of urban areas,
rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy lake effect rain will occur late tonight
through late Tuesday night. Rainfall of 2 to 4 inches with
higher amounts possible where bands persist. The heaviest
rainfall is expected closer to Lake Erie. High rainfall rates
are possible with thunderstorms.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
